Job Summary

This role is for an analytical and detail-oriented Claim Manager specializing in electrical engineering within the rail infrastructure sector. The primary responsibilities involve the precise, timely creation of contract-compliant supplementary (claim) offers and the efficient enforcement of compensation claims. You will specialize in one of the company's electrical trades, such as Control and Safety Technology (LST/TK), Overhead Line Equipment (OLA), Cable Civil Engineering, or Rail Power, ensuring the economic stability of large-scale projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing contracts to identify risks and opportunities, calculating contract changes accurately, and skillfully leading claim negotiations in close collaboration with project management. This position is central to maintaining the financial health of construction projects and requires strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of construction contract law (VOB), and relevant electrical engineering expertise.
