The Waterways and Shipping Office Mosel-Saar-Lahn is seeking a Certified Electrical Engineering Technician to manage, plan, and oversee electrical systems across various facilities, including buildings, workshops, locks, weirs, and watercraft. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations (DGUV 3, EG Machinery Directive), managing maintenance according to DIN 31051, and overseeing procurement processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for personnel deployment, budget monitoring, and collaborating on new construction or renovation projects. Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering (Energy Systems Technology) or equivalent qualifications and experience

  • Experience with relevant norms and regulations for energy systems
  • Experience in procurement and contract law (VOB, VgV, UVgO)
  • Experience with contracts for electricity provision and supply
