Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Client Support Specialist primarily focusing on MAC systems, but also supporting Windows clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT tickets, resolving incidents and service requests related to Apple MacBook and iPhone environments, and setting up new Apple DEP clients via Jamf. They will also be involved in data migration, supporting IT projects, and continuously optimizing operational processes.
