Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious and empathetic Team Leader to manage and advance electrical engineering projects within a complex technological environment, often serving prominent clients in the manufacturing or power generation sectors. The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing cross-departmental electrical tasks, optimizing procedural and process technology, and managing energy systems to ensure high plant reliability, particularly concerning power plant processes and supply chains. A key function is leadership, requiring the ability to mentor, develop, and challenge team members, leveraging natural authority and strong knowledge transfer skills. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering and demonstrate professional experience in managing various voltage levels and driving organizational change. This position requires strong business acumen and excellent communication skills in both German and English to navigate complex technical and regulatory landscapes, including ensuring compliance with official requirements and participating in site audits.
