Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing a cross-location, hybrid Hardware Development team responsible for designing, testing, and innovating dedicated server solutions for one of Europe's largest web hosts and data center operators. The Team Leader will be instrumental in shaping the future of proprietary server technology, requiring deep knowledge of server hardware, electronic, and mechanical components. Daily tasks include coordinating development goals with the Product Manager, managing resources, structuring team tasks, and taking ownership of technical support escalations and hardware lifecycle management. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a commitment to continuous process improvement and quality-oriented work, contributing directly to Hetzner's high-tech product portfolio.
