Job Summary

This role involves working as a Technical Specialist within the QC-Central Services team for a leading Biologics Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in Heidelberg, Germany. The specialist will be crucial in managing the entire lifecycle of quality control samples in a GMP-compliant manner. Day-to-day tasks include independent management, precise documentation, and tracking of samples—from acceptance, aliquoting, and distribution to storage and disposal. A significant part of the role involves planning and executing internal and external sample shipments, including preparing all necessary shipping and customs documentation using systems like SAP and LIMS. The ideal candidate holds a degree or certification in a scientific or pharmaceutical field, possesses several years of professional experience in the pharma/biotech industry, and demonstrates strong communication skills, proactivity, and fluent German proficiency.
