Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT services for PCs, notebooks, and printers to various clients within the Rhein/Main region. The Onsite Support Technician will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues by accepting and processing tickets through customer-specific systems. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting and fixing faults in client and printer environments, as well as installing, configuring, and supporting Windows 7 and 10 systems. Candidates must possess a strong background in onsite support, excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office 365, and a customer-friendly, highly organized approach.
