Job Summary

This role involves the conceptualization, specification, and advancement of next-generation airborne radio equipment. The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting qualification, integration, and system tests, including EMC and environmental testing. A core part of the job is developing and maintaining test environments, automating test procedures, and troubleshooting technical issues in close collaboration with hardware, software, and system architects. Furthermore, the role includes leading subprojects, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and budget constraints, and creating comprehensive technical documentation and customer-ready reports. This position requires a background in electrical engineering or computer science, professional experience in avionics or radio technology, and strong knowledge of relevant civil and military standards (e.g., RTCA/DO-160, MIL-STD-461/810).
