Job Summary
This role involves the preparation, planning, and execution of construction projects, specifically focusing on building services and technical equipment (according to § 53 HOAI) for federal and state construction in Thuringia. Key responsibilities include managing electrical engineering, high and low-voltage systems, and building automation. The engineer will conduct project-accompanying control, evaluate planning and construction services, and ensure compliance with contractual, construction, and budgetary regulations. The ideal candidate holds a university degree (or equivalent Bachelor's/Technician qualification) in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possesses strong knowledge of technical regulations (HOAI, VOB, VgV), and is prepared for travel within Thuringia. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Dipl.-Ing. FH or Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Operations Technology, Information Technology-Electronics, Building Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or related fields; OR State-certified Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, Energy and Automation Technology, or related fields.
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning and construction supervision of technical building systems (desired)
- Knowledge of HOAI, VgV, VOB, public procurement law, and construction law (desired)
- Experience in leading and controlling freelance professionals

Additional
- Must possess a Class B driving license; Willingness to undertake business trips within Thuringia; Willingness to undergo a security clearance check for access to classified information (§ 7 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 ThürSÜG); Must be suitable for site visits, including non-barrier-free access, and possess stability on uneven or elevated terrain (Schwindelfreiheit).
