Job Summary
Join Germany's primary digitalization partner for the Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) as a Customer Solution Manager specializing in Groupware technologies. This crucial full-time role in Bonn involves leading the technical steering of overarching IT and service solutions within the Groupware domain across the Plan, Build, and Run phases. You will manage interdisciplinary tasks, timelines, and ensure autonomous follow-up on cross-functional initiatives. A key aspect is acting as the central point of contact and escalation instance for customer representatives regarding the product portfolio. The ideal candidate holds a university degree or equivalent, possesses at least four years of relevant professional experience in complex IT integration projects, and has strong expertise in Groupware technologies such as E-Mail and Document Content Management. Experience within the Bundeswehr client environment and knowledge of both classic and agile project management methodologies are highly desirable.
