Job Summary

This role involves working as a Technical Project Associate focusing on the optimization of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) and HVAC systems at Roche Diagnostics in Mannheim. The core responsibilities include analyzing and documenting current system settings (such as runtimes, temperatures, humidity, and air exchange rates), updating documentation to correctly map rooms and zones to their serving HVAC systems, and developing target settings based on occupancy data, legal, and regulatory requirements. A key part of the job is comparing current (Ist) and target (Soll) values to formulate recommendations for new system settings aimed at increasing energy efficiency while meeting user needs. The ideal candidate must have a completed technical training in building services, at least three years of relevant experience, and strong German language skills, along with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and TGA.
