Job Summary

This role seeks a Head of Building Services to lead the technical facility management team, ensuring the continuous, proactive monitoring, maintenance, and care of all technical systems both inside and outside the facilities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating repairs, managing external contractors, overseeing compliance with all technical and legal norms (including accident prevention regulations), and handling procurement processes such as obtaining quotes and supervising deliveries. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship in an electrical trade or proven qualification as a skilled electrician, coupled with professional experience in a similar leadership role.
