Job Summary
This role involves acting as the central point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing essential 1st and 2nd Level Support to both internal colleagues and external partners, such as construction service providers. Key responsibilities include managing support tickets via Jira/Atlassian, providing user assistance through Microsoft Teams and remote access, and managing hardware setup for notebooks, smartphones, and peripherals. The specialist will ensure the functionality of the Microsoft and Apple system landscape, contribute to cloud initiatives involving Azure and Microsoft 365, and optimize existing support processes. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT degree or comparable experience, strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Azure, and excellent proficiency in German and English to communicate effectively with external vendors and drive technical resolution.
