Job Summary
This role involves serving as the central point of contact for all IT matters, providing essential 1st and 2nd level support to internal colleagues and external partners, such as construction service providers. Day-to-day tasks include managing support tickets using Jira/Atlassian, providing remote assistance via Microsoft Teams, and setting up and managing hardware (laptops, smartphones, peripherals). The specialist will ensure the functionality of Microsoft and Apple system environments, contribute to cloud initiatives (Azure, Microsoft 365), and communicate with external partners, including in English, to resolve technical issues. Key qualifications include relevant IT education or comparable professional experience, expertise in Windows, macOS, and cloud technologies, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
