Job Summary

Join the primary digitalization partner of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) as a Senior SAP ABAP Developer, contributing to one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for the development, integration, and testing of custom SAP applications, focusing heavily on modernizing systems and transitioning projects into support. Day-to-day tasks involve technical new development of systems, reports, and forms, alongside the maintenance and optimization of existing programs within Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks. A core focus will be on developing future-oriented SAP applications based on S4/HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, and ABAP OO. The ideal candidate possesses at least four years of professional experience in ABAP/ABAP-OO software development, strong knowledge of SAP modules like IS-H med, MM, SD, and TM, and fluency in German.
