Job Summary

This position calls for an ambitious Product and Process Industrialization Engineer responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of new products into series manufacturing. The engineer acts as the critical interface between Development, Production, Quality, and Purchasing, representing the interests of the Supply Chain throughout interdisciplinary projects. Key responsibilities include actively planning and implementing new production processes, developing and validating manufacturing procedures, and creating comprehensive technical project documentation, such as concepts, process designs, requirements, and PFMEAs. The role also requires structured management of product and process data within the PLM system and coordinating change processes across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology, possesses proven experience in industrialization and process optimization, and is familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks), and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
