This role is perfect for a technically skilled professional with a strong service orientation, focusing on the maintenance and support of complex dental CAD/CAM systems used globally in prosthetic dentistry. Day-to-day responsibilities include the commissioning, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of these high-tech machines. The technician will provide essential technical support and consulting to dental laboratories and dentists, both via a technical hotline (phone/email) and in-person during service and training assignments domestically and internationally. Key requirements include a completed technical education in electrical engineering or a comparable field, good knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, and control systems, and proficiency in both German and English.
