Job Summary
This role is for a seasoned HR professional to lead the Human Resources team at the Regional Association FrankfurtRheinMain, a public body crucial to the development of the FrankfurtRheinMain metropolitan region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, conceptualization, and accurate implementation of all HR management processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating payroll, advising on labor and collective bargaining law, and managing the P&I LOGA HR software. This position requires deep expertise in public sector HR regulations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, or certified Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in), or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in human resources within a public administration setting
- Thorough and comprehensive expertise in collective bargaining law (TVöD), tax, labor, and social security law
- Good knowledge of civil service law is advantageous
- Very good knowledge of the P&I LOGA payroll program
- Good knowledge of municipal occupational pension schemes (ZVK matters)
