Job Summary

As an Account Manager specializing in point-of-care diagnostics, you will be the primary sales contact for customers in Eastern Germany. Your role involves acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships within the outpatient healthcare sector, providing expert advice, and selling diagnostic systems and reagents in microbiology, molecular biology, and immunology. You will strategically prepare the market for new product solutions, maintain regular contact with laboratories, doctors, and clinics, and define tailored customer strategies for in-vitro diagnostics in various healthcare settings. Active participation in trade fairs and symposia, consistent CRM system usage, and regular reporting are also key responsibilities. Required Skills

Education

Degree in a scientific field such as Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology. Alternatively, Medical Technical Assistant (MTA) with relevant experience and strong knowledge of modern in-vitro diagnostics.

Experience

  • Professional experience in sales is preferred, but strong willingness to continuously develop is more important
  • Professional experience in a laboratory or sales (for MTAs)
