Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of construction projects in civil engineering and pipeline construction, focusing on planning, execution, and economic success. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring construction processes, ensuring adherence to technical and financial goals, and managing site resources. Key daily tasks include coordinating personnel and material deployment, controlling construction progress and site results, and preparing and maintaining bid and operational calculations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman), possesses knowledge of VOB contractual law, and is proficient in MS Office and specialized billing/calculation software. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and a self-reliant, dedicated approach to project execution.
