Job Summary
This role seeks a motivated and reliable professional to join a large personnel service provider, focusing on the core tasks of digitalization management. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing database and project structures, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency. A key part of the role involves knowledge transfer, specifically creating comprehensive training materials and conducting training sessions for internal stakeholders. Furthermore, the position requires strong analytical skills for the regular creation and presentation of reports. Candidates must have a completed qualification in Digitalization Management or a comparable field, and ideally possess initial professional experience in a related area. The position offers above-tariff pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses, and excellent chances for permanent takeover.
