Job Summary

This versatile role as an IT Support Technician in Mannheim involves the crucial administration of IT infrastructure across multiple locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware such as laptops, PCs, and servers, managing Thin Client and ChromeBox systems, and providing comprehensive remote and on-site support. The technician will be responsible for documenting technical faults within a ticketing system, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and supporting mobile devices. Key qualifications include a completed IT Specialist qualification or equivalent, professional experience in IT support, analytical problem-solving skills, and good proficiency in both MS Office and the German and English languages.
