This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join a leading technology service provider in Berlin, specializing in Device as a Service solutions for prominent industrial companies across Germany. As an IT Service Technician in Second Level Support, you will be responsible for providing direct, on-site support for client systems and applications. Key daily tasks include performing Second Level troubleshooting for various Windows environments (specifically Windows 7 and 10), deploying software using SCCM, and assisting with inquiries related to mobile devices (Android and iOS). The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT-related education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and has professional experience in configuring and troubleshooting Windows clients, along with strong skills in Active Directory and SCCM.
