Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Field Service Technician for a nationwide service provider in Berlin, specializing in redundant network environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing professional customer consultation and support, installing and setting up PCs and notebooks, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, and performing data recovery. You will also manage warranty claims for customer devices and actively support the rollout and exchange planning of new systems. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT-related education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) or equivalent practical experience, along with initial experience in second-level support and hardware commissioning.
