Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support for a construction sector company, primarily managing the infrastructure at the Stuttgart location. The successful candidate will be responsible for 1st level support, handling technical diagnostics, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing user accounts and new hardware setups. Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship, ideally as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and strong knowledge of PC hardware, networking technologies, and current Windows operating systems. Experience with Microsoft 365 is highly desirable.
