Job Summary

This role is seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Technician, often referred to as a 'Tech Rescuer,' to manage and resolve hardware and software issues directly at client locations, primarily within the Frankfurt and Offenbach areas. The technician will be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of IT workstations, including setup, relocation, and dismantling, as well as providing direct support and instruction to end-users on hardware and software usage. Key responsibilities also include detailed documentation of all work processes within a ticketing system and handling basic network tasks like patching. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT qualification, detailed knowledge of current MS Windows and Office suites, and professional experience in onsite support and using ticketing systems. This is a full-time, permanent position offered initially through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover.
