Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Service Technician to join a company supporting the IT infrastructure of prominent industrial enterprises across Germany, based in Munich. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site IT support, focusing on rollouts, hardware and software provision, infrastructure optimization, and 1st and 2nd level support directly at various customer locations. Key day-to-day tasks include installing operating systems and applications, setting up and dismantling new and used hardware, performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), and assisting the existing IT support team based on ticket volume. Candidates must possess professional experience in on-site service, knowledge of network technology, Windows 10, and common Office applications, along with basic experience using a ticketing system. The position offers a varied and challenging field of work with flexible working hours and the potential for long-term employment and specialization within different service areas.
