Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in on-site support for a company in Hamburg, which manages client environments for renowned industrial companies across Germany. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for logging and processing customer inquiries, documenting all activities, and operating client systems and applications directly at customer locations. Key tasks include providing operational 2nd level support and assisting with issues related to iOS devices, network infrastructure, and telecommunication components. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or similar), possess good user knowledge of Office 365 and Windows 10, and have initial professional experience in user support.
