Day-to-day responsibilities include handling and resolving incidents in 1st Level Support according to established processes and SLAs, assisting IT users with hardware and software inquiries, and meticulously documenting all activities in the designated Service Management Tool. The ideal candidate possesses professional knowledge of M365, mobile devices, networking, hardware, and current Windows operating systems (Windows 10). A completed vocational training in the IT field, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar qualification, is required, along with good proficiency in both German and English.
