Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Service Technician specializing in hardware configuration, primarily focusing on system deployment and preparation at the Groß Borstel location in Hamburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing field service operations, installing and configuring various devices such as desktops, notebooks, and mobile endpoints, and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately created. A key part of the job is the 'fueling' (deployment/imaging) of systems. The ideal candidate possesses experience with system deployment, strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, and Android, and technical expertise in Powershell, networking concepts (Mac Address, IP Address, VLAN), BIOS, and UEFI.
