You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth IT operations, focusing particularly on VIP Support and handling software rollouts and updates. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving issues related to media technology and print services, performing system customizations, and general troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have completed relevant IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and possess initial professional experience in IT customer care or onsite support. Strong practical knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, media technology, mobile devices, and printer management is essential for success in this full-time position, which starts as temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover by the client.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Merchant, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or similar qualification in Support.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in IT customer care or onsite support
- Experience in handling Mobile Devices
