Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT Service Technician seeking a new challenge in Munich, supporting a growing IT consulting firm specializing in information and communication technology. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive onsite support, managing hardware, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include handling IT fault reports in person, via phone, or email, analyzing and resolving issues within the ticketing system, and documenting all IT activities. A key focus area is the maintenance and upgrading of printers and other peripheral hardware for both Windows and MacOS devices, alongside managing user accounts (password resets, account unlocking) via Active Directory. Candidates should possess a relevant IT vocational qualification, strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, and excellent German language skills. This position is initially temporary staffing with the option for permanent employment.
