This role is for an independent IT Service Technician based in Munich (Laim), focusing on providing comprehensive onsite support for a client's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the IT inventory, performing Hands & Eyes support, processing Break/Fix tickets, and executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. The technician will also take on standby duty after an initial training period. Candidates must possess professional experience in Onsite Support, familiarity with ticketing systems, and strong technical knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office, and network environments.
