Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic IT services company focused on technical excellence and customized client solutions, specifically working as an Onsite IT Support Technician in Holzkirchen, near Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing crucial technical support for O365, video conferencing systems, and various end devices. The technician will independently plan and execute software rollouts and updates, manage and adapt existing installations in close collaboration with clients, and relay customer feedback to internal teams. This position requires a completed IT qualification or relevant experience, proficiency in both German and English, and a Class B driving license, offering a long-term perspective with potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
