Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to actively shape the future of diagnostics by managing complex development projects within Assay Development. The successful candidate will act as a critical interface between research, development, and quality assurance, driving innovative solutions and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, effectively, and with excellent quality. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and structuring R&D projects, steering development activities from planning through iterative sprints using agile methodologies (SAFe), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (mQMS, D&D frameworks). Key qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Biochemistry or Biology, combined with professional experience in diagnostic solution development and strong leadership skills in interdisciplinary teams. The position requires fluent English and offers an attractive, permanent, full-time contract in Munich, focusing on cutting-edge pharmaceutical and diagnostic product development.
