Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Automation Engineer to drive complex development projects focused on pharmaceutical machinery. The core responsibilities involve application development for control software, concentrating heavily on PLC architecture and programming, particularly using Siemens TIA Portal. You will be responsible for developing core machine functions, modules, and processes, followed by comprehensive testing, validation, and commissioning of the control software. Collaboration is key, as you will work within the development team to design innovative products and coordinate technical requirements with external service providers and system suppliers. This position requires a strong background in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, fundamental knowledge of automation processes, and proven expertise in developing sophisticated software systems in a mechatronic environment, ensuring technologies are advanced to the 'next level.'
