This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional specializing in 2nd Level Support and Windows infrastructure administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling, analyzing, and resolving incidents and requests within the 2nd Level Support framework. You will be crucial in administering, maintaining, and optimizing Windows servers, managing Microsoft infrastructures like Exchange and Microsoft 365, and ensuring system security through updates, patches, and audits. The position demands collaboration across 1st and 3rd Level Support teams and external service providers, as well as participation in various IT projects, such as migrations and rollouts. Key qualifications include a background in IT, professional experience with Windows systems administration, expertise in Active Directory, Group Policies, and PowerShell scripting, and strong problem-solving skills.
