Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Fullstack Developer focusing on enhancing the Customer Experience (CX) by continuously and automatically evaluating customer interactions. The developer will be responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance, and migration of products used for measuring CX, strictly adhering to established software engineering principles. A key focus is on modernizing existing solutions while optimizing the development process through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps practices. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, expertise in Angular and TypeScript for web development, and experience building Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
