This role as a Finance Operations Specialist involves crucial coordination and strategic support within the Application Support Center for Finance at Komm.ONE, the largest municipal IT service provider in Baden-Württemberg. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating the entire offer process for finance products with sales, product management, and customers, managing internal meetings, and actively participating in the SAP S/4HANA rollout project. The specialist will also be responsible for preparing periodic performance reports using key metrics (KPIs) and ensuring efficient information management and documentation across the center. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Public Management or equivalent, strong knowledge of SAP, requirements management, and project management. Excellent communication, analytical skills, and expertise in MS Excel for statistical reporting are essential.
