Job Summary

This role as a System Engineer for Mobile Device Management involves ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of highly mobile devices for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Mobile Device Management systems, specifically Omnissa Workspace ONE. You will administer mobile endpoints across diverse security domains, provide crucial 2nd level support, troubleshoot issues, and create necessary end-user documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT vocational training, at least three years of professional experience in network technology, telecommunications, or application development, and excellent knowledge of MDM system configuration and IT security principles.
