Job Summary

This role involves independently operating and managing production plants within a leading global pharmaceutical and crop protection group (a DAX 40 company). The Production Operator is responsible for the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including starting up and shutting down systems, performing crucial quality controls, and taking samples according to strict guidelines. A key part of the job is the meticulous documentation of all work steps, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as a Chemical Technician, Chemical Specialist, or Industrial Mechanic, ideally paired with professional experience in the chemical sector. Proficiency in handling hazardous materials and the MS Office suite is essential, along with a readiness to work in a shift system. The position offers excellent working conditions, a regulated 37.5-hour week, and attractive compensation based on the Chemical Collective Agreement, including holiday and Christmas bonuses.
