Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Technician or Service Technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of high-quality electronic devices. Daily tasks include independent fault analysis, conducting repairs (electrical and mechanical), performing software updates, and managing technical inbound and outbound goods control. The technician will also be crucial in customer relations, handling equipment installations at client sites and trade fairs, performing safety-related control tests (STK), and creating detailed cost estimates and systematic service documentation. A key part of the job involves optimizing spare parts inventory and delivering technical training to customers. Candidates must have completed professional training in the electrical field, possess initial experience in repairing complex electronic equipment, demonstrate strong customer orientation, and have good written and spoken English skills (B1 or better). Travel readiness for customer visits is required.
