Job Summary

This role involves managing the Managed Service Workplace products, specifically focusing on Apple devices, for one of Europe's largest bank IT service providers. The IT Product Manager will be responsible for product care tasks, encompassing order, service, and rollout management for Apple-centric managed services. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with manufacturers, service providers, and internal support units, leading and participating in customer projects, and acting as the primary point of contact for technical and functional inquiries regarding Apple managed services. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field, coupled with at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, strong knowledge of Apple technology, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
