Job Summary

The Lead AI Transformation will spearhead the development and implementation of the internal AI strategy for Ausbildung.de within the People & Transformation division, distinct from product-related AI initiatives. This pivotal role involves leading the newly formed AI Transformation Team, including the AI Solutions Expert, and embedding AI into daily operational processes across all departments. Key responsibilities include defining AI policies, standards, and frameworks for safe and effective use, identifying and prioritizing internal AI use cases, and coordinating implementation with Project Managers. The ideal candidate possesses strong strategic and analytical skills, significant experience in digital or process transformation, and a deep understanding of current AI technologies (LLMs, Machine Learning, Automation) and their business applications. This position requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge functional departments, IT, and strategy, ensuring the successful upskilling and change management necessary to foster company-wide AI competency.
