Job Summary

This role seeks a solution-oriented (Senior) IT Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, applications, and workstations. You will be instrumental in developing server and cloud environments while maintaining stable and secure operations. A core part of the job involves independent ticket resolution for hardware and software issues, managing IT inventory, and configuring endpoints. Crucially, the specialist will actively drive the automation of internal processes using Artificial Intelligence and support the build-out of an IT Self-Service Portal. Furthermore, you will manage information security processes, conduct risk analyses, and continuously develop the IT security architecture to ensure audit compliance. Candidates must possess completed IT training, several years of experience in IT administration, and strong proficiency with Windows Server/Client environments, Office, Confluence, and Jira.
