This pivotal role involves leading the Quality Control Environmental Monitoring Analytics laboratory, focusing on the microbiological and chemical testing of media and hygiene samples. The Group Lead is responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of the team, ensuring timely throughput and SAP release of test results. Key responsibilities include managing personnel and budgets, driving process optimization, and acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during national and international inspections and audits. Candidates must possess a scientific degree, preferably in Microbiology, coupled with robust experience in microbiological and chemical analytics, pharmaceutical Quality Control, and cGMP compliance (EP/USP).
