Job Summary
This pivotal role as the (Senior) Manager, Global Pricing and Tender Strategy, involves driving the global commercial success of the portfolio. You will be responsible for shaping the worldwide pricing strategy, including launch sequencing and managing International Reference Prices (IRP). A core function involves building robust Tender Intelligence processes to proactively identify opportunities and strengthen the company's competitive position, working closely with executive management and regional directors to submit successful bids. Furthermore, you will lead Market Access initiatives, identifying gaps in health economic evidence and creating product value dossiers to ensure consistent, evidence-based communication with international health authorities. The ideal candidate possesses a Master’s degree in Health Economics, Business, or Life Sciences and at least five years of professional experience in pricing, market access, or tender management within the healthcare industry. Success requires strong analytical skills, strategic foresight, and fluent German and English proficiency to navigate a complex, cross-functional environment.
