Join the Technology & Innovation team at Commerz Real, a leading asset and investment manager within the Commerzbank Group, and act as a digital motor driving the firm's IT strategy. This specialist role demands comprehensive responsibility for all IT services across Network (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Routing/Switching, Load balancing, DNS/DHCP) and IT Security (Firewall, Proxy, Endpoint-Security) in both on-premise and cloud environments. Day-to-day activities include planning, developing, operating, and maintaining all IT components, ensuring continuous security through lifecycle management and patching, and steering Second Level Support. A core strategic focus involves advancing services toward Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Managed Hosting, utilizing methodologies like Scrum and Prince2. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with deep expertise in regulated environments, offering the chance to set industry standards while managing budgets, controlling external providers, and ensuring strict compliance with regulations like BAIT, MaRisk, and DORA.
