Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ritter von Kempski Private Hotels as the Technical Director, based at the Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch in Stolberg. The role involves taking overall responsibility for the smooth operation of all technical areas across the resort, which includes 96 rooms, three restaurants, a 2,500 sqm spa, and a separate event pavilion. The Technical Director will lead and motivate a team of 8-10 technicians, focusing on the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and all technical systems and machinery. Key responsibilities include creating and coordinating maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing technical projects, and overseeing the vehicle fleet. Candidates must be trained electrical engineers with several years of comparable professional experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications, ensuring efficient and conscientious technical operations within a climate-neutral and sustainable hotel environment.
