Job Summary

This diverse and responsible role as an On-Site IT Technician, based in Frankfurt am Main, involves providing essential IT support and resolving technical disruptions for up to five client teams in the Rhine-Main area. The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of Windows endpoints, including analyzing and troubleshooting IT malfunctions, providing both remote and on-site support, and setting up, relocating, and personalizing client workstations. Key qualifications include formal IT training or equivalent experience, profound knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office, and proven competency in using ticketing systems while adhering to SLAs.
